MATERIAL:
the outer case is made from 10K Gold (tested), with steel blade sections etc.
SIGNED:
no marks that I can find. The outer case section is made from 10K Gold, there are base metal/steel parts and the blade is steel etc. -see images.
DIMENSIONS:
1 7/16" long from the end of the hanging hole to the opening end of the cutter at the largest points.
The opening for a cigar is about 5/16" x just under 3/8" at the largest points

CONDITION:
The Gold has some dings, dimples, dents, nicks, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas.
The Gold has patina, tarnish and discoloration in some areas as well and could use a cleaning/touch up polish in some areas (if desired).
The entire blade mechanism parts and hanging hole etc. are Steel /base metal.
The steel blade has some rust, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas.
