Memento mori vanitas Edwardian physician style pocket watch chain with skeleton key toggle t-bar and skull locket poison pill box fob. Skull double sided and hinged at the bottom locket poison pill box held together via the loop at the top where the chain attaches. Remove the small chain that attaches the skull fob  loop via the small lobster clasp and it opens to reveal a compartment pillbox pill box poison stash or whatever you'd like to call it. Very nice, looks dapper even with the largest timepiece pocketwatch. Size 18 pocketwatch pictured as prop only and does not come with sale.
