ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP ONLY
38 ½” Long, 13 ½” Wide and 18 ½” high – Is comprised of 3 separate parts: Top and 2 Chunky Legs (Legs screw into top bottom)
Legs are hollow and can be filled with sand for stability – 2 bags of new Washed Play Sand are included.
Legs have Squirrel with nut in hollow raised details on one side and Bird Feeding 2 babies in Nest raised details on the other.  Mix or Match details.
One of the long edges on top has a slit in it.  It was caused by something sharp but I’m not sure what it was since it wasn’t there last Fall when put in garage.  It doesn’t look like it will continue in the future or through use and you can just put the flawed part in the back.
This item is offered for Pick Up Only.  Any additional purchases will be combined and all postage eliminated.   Depending on your location, seller “may” be able to “meet” you - must be a reasonable distance from seller, a public location and not outside the state of NJ.  Please contact seller via Ebay before purchasing to see if an arrangement can be made.    Seller lives in Northwestern NJ (Near Sparta, Lake Hopatcong, Dover and West Milford - right off Routes 15, 23 & 80).
Payment
Seller only accepts Paypal and must be made only in U.S. Dollars within 5 days of auction end. If you need additional time, please contact seller through Ebay. If payment is not received within 5 days and you have not contacted seller, case will be filed with Ebay and item(s) will be relisted.
Shipping
I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. Item(s) will be mailed on the next ship day after receipt of payment.
Unless otherwise stated, multiple wins are always combined. Large, heavy or very fragile items are usually the exceptions and it will be noted in the Item Description if a combined shipping restriction applies.  Other special shipping information will be noted there also.

Due to the varying items I sell (sizes and weights), I cannot define a rule for combined shipping in Ebay. Upon purchase, Ebay will just take all the items and add all their shipping weights together which also includes the weights of all the shipping boxes.  Once I repack multiple items in a single box, the shipping cost is lower.
