Loved this item.  Purchased for a party and it worked great!  I don't really cook so this item went back in the box and sat in the cupboard and is now ready to go to a new home.  You will receive all the items that came in the box and are pictured in the photos.
Box includes:    Mueller Spiral Ultra,
4 Stainless Steel Blades that slide onto the top (They are super sharp so be careful)
Protective Mandolin veggie holder,
Citrus Juicer attachment (Didn't try this piece)
A clear 4-cup container to catch the veggies into (PS. I put my cutting board behind it to catch the stragglers that fall out.  It can fill up fast)
Turning handle comes out so it can all go into the dishwasher.
As you can see from the photos most of these items fit nicely into the clear catch container.
