Returns are not accepted for watches or jewelry. Other items that show as returns allowed may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

Unique Antique Silver Swivel Fob 1600’s? Snuff/Perfume? Griffin INDO-GREEK COIN?
A fascinating antique silver swivel fob! Possibly as old as the 17th century?
Maybe made from an old Indo-Greek coin?
What was this used for? Perfume? Snuff? Or possibly as a seal? This unique silver container measures nearly 1” in diameter, and swivels on its holder with a loop at the top so it could have been worn on a chain or cord. It has a face on one side with what appears to be lettering in an unidentified alphabet, and the other side has a coat of arms shield with a right-facing griffin and flowers above. The small opening at the top looks like it may have once had a screw top
. A very interesting piece! It shows general minor signs of age/wear, but is overall in very good condition.
